This cottage is situated on 100 acres of farmland within a conservation area on the shores of Lough Mask, 1.5 miles from Partry and 3 miles from Tourmakeady village, 6 miles North of Ballinrobe.The last 20 years have been devoted to creating a natural habitat to develop – in the words of one guest – an “Irish Amazon”. Children over 12 and adults have complete privacy and enjoy stunning views of Lough Mask and the Partry mountains. You will see wild birds, foxes, deer and possibly the rare pine martin. Fishing is free or you can accompany a prearranged gillie with a boat.

Not suitable for children under 12 without supervision, as there is a lake 100 yards and a river 250 yards from the property
There are steep open tread stairs within the property with no handrail but these are not required for use as everything is on the ground floor.
